Maui is a Lhasa-Apso and Cavalier mix. The Cavalier King Charles Spaniel is an affectionate and happy dog, always seeming to be wagging its tail. Outgoing and sportive, these fearless lively little dogs are eager and willing to please. They are intelligent enough to understand what you want and therefore are easy to train and respond well to gentle obedience training. They are said to be naturally well behaved and get along well with other dogs. Cavaliers love people, enjoy companionship, and need rules to follow and limits to what they are allowed to do. The Cavalier King Charles Spaniel is a pleasant companion dog. Lhasa Apsos are spirited and devoted little dogs that are affectionate with their masters. They can be very obedient to their masters. This breed responds to motivational training. They have a keen sense of hearing, and make good watchdogs. The Lhasa Apso travels well. Intelligent and lively, it makes a good pet.
