Average estimate adult weight is 9-10 pounds. The Shih-Poo's are mixed between the Shih-Tzu and Toy Poodle. Shih-poo's are affectionate and gentle. They make super companions for empty-nesters and are excellent therapy dogs.
Shih-Poo's are considered non-shedders and hypoallergenic. Shih-Poo puppies can be a good choice for first-time or timid owners. They're easy to train and learn quickly. They also do well in homes with elderly people or with children who can handle them carefully. They enjoy long cuddles and are sensitive to their people's wants and needs. Shih-Poo's can adapt to any kind of home, from an apartment to a house. No matter what their housing, they love being with their people, and should live indoors with their human families, never outside or in kennels.

Puppies are de-wormed at 2, 3, 4, 6 & 8 weeks. At 6 weeks the puppies had a second health check to include a report along with the first series of puppy vaccinations. All of our puppies are handled with love and care daily. Your new puppy will come to you healthy, socialized, will be familiar with the terms sit, stay & come and he or she will have been introduced to a small kennel & 95 % POTTY TRAINED.
All of our puppies are kept on an all organic, grain-free diet. The name of the food is Earthborn Coastal Catch. It is an all stage life food so there is never any transition from puppy to adult food. We ask that you continue this diet throughout the puppies life to ensure the best quality of life for your new puppy.
