CKC Registration Puppy Contract with 1 year Congenital Health Guarantee 30 Day Insurance through Trupanion Veterinarian Health Check Up to Date on Required Vaccination for Puppy Age Dewormed Up to Date on Heartworm Prevention Puppy Pack (blanket with moms scent, food, favorite toy) We accept Cash, Zelle, or Credit/Debit Card through Gooddog Payment. The full balance must be paid off by the time the puppy is ready to go home, typically 8-10 weeks of age pending veterinarian clearance. Deposits No reservations are made until a deposit is received. Puppy non-refundable/non-transferable deposits are $500.00. Remaining balance is due upon pickup or prior to delivery of the puppy. A puppy will not be shipped via flight nanny or delivered prior to receiving the full balance. Shipping/Delivery We are proud to offer nationwide delivery through our flight nanny service. There is an additional fee for the flight nanny service. We will meet local families at a predetermined location for delivery. Ground transportation to nearby cities is also available.
