Rover is a very handsome black chocolate and white havanese puppy. He is super cuddly. Rover is hypoallergenic and was bred for the teddy bear look. He is raised in my home and played with daily. He would make a great family puppy! His mom is also black and weighs 12lbs and his dad is Chocolateand white and weighs 11lbs. He will come fully vaccinated and de-wormed.
