Meet Oliver, a BIG Great Dane boy, at 56 pounds already! He is sure to steal your heart and make you fall in love with one look! He is very well socialized with not only people and other animals, but also various sights, sounds, textures, car rides, etc. He does well with other animals, including cats & chickens. Oliver comes from great service and ESA bloodlines, both parents have amazing temperaments & are very large.

Oliver is fully crate trained & likes his crate. He will put himself in it when he is sleepy throughout the day & nap in there with the door open. Because he likes the crate & is already used to it, you don't have to worry about him keeping you up all night whining & barking when he comes home. This is a HUGE plus when getting a new puppy!

He is doing very well with house training, age considered. As long as he is taken out every few hours & someone is nearby to keep an eye on him, he won't have accidents in the house. He is also FULLY grass patch trained & will utilize this faithfully if its available. This is super helpful for those in condos & apartments, as you can place the patch out on your balcony for him to use. Its also helpful for a backup inside in case you are unable to get him outside quickly enough.

Oliver does well on a leash & has been very receptive to early training. He knows sit, lay, & crate and comes when called. He knows the hand signal for down & will not jump up on you unless prompted to do so. So no worries about him knocking your little one down.

While this guy does enjoy playing, he is very very laid back and easy going. He doesn't act like a mad man when you come in from work or when he's let out of the crate. He has manners & does very well using them! This doesn't mean he doesn't get excited. Because he does! But when he gets excited he doesn't go crazy like a lot of larger breed dogs do.

He loves exploring outdoors & playing fetch. He enjoys any type of toy & loves bones. He also really enjoys having his own bed in the livingroom & will lay on it & watch TV.

Oliver loves kids of all ages & is big fan of belly rubs! We have spent countless hours working with Oliver getting him prepared to transition into his new home easily. He has had a head start in training that a lot of pups don't get. He will make a wonderful addition to anyone looking for a Great Dane & with very minimal work will easily be fully trained in no time.
