Customer Service Representative
The ideal candidate would be extremely detail-oriented, high-energy and patient. This position is responsible for all end-user support of NextDayPets.com. Will troubleshoot technical problems for web clients, answer technical support and customer service questions relating to product orders, returns, order entry and general customer service issues or problems through the use of email and telephone.

Customer Service Representative Manager
The Customer Service Representative Manager will have all of the same duties as a Customer Service Representative, however they will also monitor the daily performance of the customer service team. Graphic Designer
The Graphic Designer provides direct support to the Marketing Manager and Web Programmer. Primary daily responsibilities include creation and design of marketing, advertising, and public relations materials to support the Brand. The focus of this individual is on print and web campaigns, packaging and identity, but is not limited to these activities.

Marketing Manager
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for coordinating, developing, and managing marketing including web advertising, print advertising, corporate communications and PR releases.
