Boxer with aggression issues

I have a two year old female boxer that has always been submissive. However, in the last couple of weeks she has begun to fight with other dogs in the home. She is now attacking without provocation. Ordinarily she is very obedient but during these episodes she refuses to obey and has to be physically seperated. She seems intent on killing the other dog. Is there any way I can stop this from happening again?

Is she coming in heat? Some bitches of human and canine persuassion get real "moody" when they are cycling. What kind of dog is the other dog? Some little dogs tend to push the envelope with a bigger dog and can start fights. (My chihuahus gang oup on my German Shepherd.) Is it a food issue or all the time? I would crate the OTHER dog for a while to see if that helps Miss Boxer feel more in control. SHe is definietely upset about something.
