What happens if I've had a transaction go bad?
Both Advertiser and Buyer are required to conduct thorough interviews and use secure methods of payment when buying or selling a dog online.
It is advised to report bad Advertisers and bad Buyers to http://www.ripoffreport.com/. Shall your transaction go bad you MUST inform the NextDayPets.com support staff and consider legal action. Consider using an online resolution dispute service such as http://www.SquareTrade.com.
Both Libel and Slander are grounds for legal action.

What is Slander?
Slander Defined: Oral (spoken) defamation, in which someone tells one or more persons an untruth about another which untruth will harm the reputation of the person defamed.
