 It could mean several things. ILP ( indefinite listing privelages) are for dogs who appear to be a purebred but both parents are not AKCregistered. Or a limited registration is when the dog cannot be used for breeding  AKC registered pups. Some breeders when they sell a pup as a pet will discount it because it is a pet and not a breeding or show dog. The papers are then marked as limited.
