WOW! They are bad here too, but not 3.69 yet. I am getting scared of the gas prices, not so much appalled. I am scared because the prices are going up, but our wages at work are all staying the same!!

well its almost midnight so no lunch being delivered - i havent had lunch delivered since i worked in an office :)
in FACT i dont even EAT lunch anymore HAHA
next poster is planning on a HUGE party this holiday weekend?

We have talked about a cruise but decided since we work 7 days a week on a schedule, we don't want a vacation that is ran on a schedule. I prefer to pick my own island and "park it" for the week.

I don't even live in a neighborhood. lol
If you want to find an island to park on for a week, get to Hawaii. Don't waste your time on Oahu though. Spend a few days on the Big Island so you can go to Volcano National Park, but focus your energy (or lack of energy) on Kauai. There was only one tourist activity we did and that was the helicoptor tour of the island so we could see the clifs and the waterfalls that were in Jurassic Park.
With the exception of the helicopter, all we did on Kauai was go to this really cool beach to snorkel and feed frozen peas to all the beautiful tropical fishies. Minimal traffic, very slow paced way of life on that island.
The next poster loves camping. Tomorrow night we're going out to our land where we're keeping the horses to pitch the tent next to the creek under the oak trees and make s'mores on the fire. WOOHOO!!!!!!  |

I love camping but hate the preparation and clean up!! Of course my idea of camping is a cabin in the woods. We tented for years, but now I prefer a small amount of luxury (but I still have to walk to the bathroom through the outdoors.) Next poster is enjoying the sun and got a bit burned today. (I did while mowing my 6 acres!!) |

It certainly has been hot here in NJ today, but I absolutely hate the summer! I got a little burn since I am so fair-skinned, but I wouldn't say I "enjoyed" the sun all that much.

I'm afraid to start scrap booking! I have been a quilter for a million years and also do some collage art (hippy stuff) and I know scrap booking will just be more money that I don't have! Gas here is $4.29(CA) ripoff capitol of the world. My husband took all 4 kids camping and I am home with the ones who really care, my fourleggers!
Next poster needs to shed a few pounds

shed a FEW ? LMAO uuumm YEAH i need to shed about 30 !! easy.
moving from fla where i lived in shorts & tank tops & bathing suits & skimpy sun dresses year round to michigan where i was in sweat pandts & coats - mosttehyear - made a HUGE difference - PLUS as the state is dark - i dont hardly ever go out my agoraphobia worsened..
so i get no exercize , which is BAD as i drink a LOT ( fattening)
so YES I need to go to rio and get soem killer weight loss pills.
and start DOING stuff .. :)
next poster... wishes they could keep there NOW knowledge BUT go back in age about 20 years?

it REALLY is HARD to wait out and sometimes i lose teh hook up withteh site time elapsed or some crap.
