I have seen this done on several forums and would like to bring it over to this one. Maybe it will help us get to know one another a little better. Here is what we will do.
I will make a statement of what I think the next poster may be like and they will answer with true or false and then make the next statement and so on.

No way Im retired! All I have to do is spend time with my lovely wife our four dogs and thirty goats. I love this life the good Lard has given me.

Hey you have been around!
My Father was a fabricator. When I was 13 years old he looked at me and found a helper he didnt have to pay. I remember the first job I worked with my father, I asked him how much money I was making. He looked at me with a sheepish grin and said son you get to eat. The deal he made with me from that day on was, he and my mother would supply the food and give me a place to live, and I would buy anything else that I wanted. By the time I was 18 years old, because of my appetite; he was willing to change the deal. He said that he would buy me a car, buy all my cloths, any and all I wanted, pay for all my dates, and build me my own home on our land if I would just pay for my own food.
I fit pipe and welded for 23 years, I worked in safety for another 14 years. I have worked in every state in the U.S.A. except Missouri, and three countries in South America. I wouldnt trade my life for one million dollies, but I wouldnt start it over again for one hundred million. I love my retirement, and Im happy as a bug in a rug.

Ummmm......a little bit of both. I do love to help when I can but cannot say I am always the best at it but I try.

I am always looking but it hasn't been a serious search. I would like to have a black lab to go with the yellow and chocolate but am not in a real hurry at the moment.

I think I goofed I was here before gbat was back, but only read and didn't post. I have done a bunch of oil paintings, and tole paintings.........never got good. So guess the next one has freckles and big smile most of the time. |
