This is a reply to suebgone- Reputable breeders DO sell dogs over the internet. I actually have an ad on this website. The internet is a great way to communicate with families wanting a puppy. They can see pictures and ask questions. I have sold several Puppies to friends of families that have gotten Puppies from a previous litter. They are directed to the site, find a puppy they like and then arrangements are made for them to pick up the puppy. I have requirements the buyer must meet before they can buy a puppy from me. I do not ship my Puppies. I require them to come to our home to pick up their puppy. I'm not sure why you state that No reputable breeder sells on the internet. You are wrong.

THE PEOPLE WHO ARE TRYING TO SELL Puppies FROM CAMEROON IS A COMPLETE SCAM!! I SENT THEM $200 WESTERN UNION AND THEN REALIZED LATER WHEN I GOT HOME AND TOLD THE LADY THAT I HAD SENT THE MONEY THAT IT WAS A SCAM. SHE SAID THAT SHE NEEDED SOMEONE TO ADOPT HER PUPPY AND ALL I HAD TO PAY FOR WAS THE PLANE TICKET. LATER WHEN I SENT HER THE MONEY SHE COULD NOT PROVIDE WITH THE AIRLINE SHE USED, WHEN SHE HAD PURCHASED THE TICKET, WHAT TIME SHE DROPPED OFF THE PUPPY OR WHAT TIME IT WAS SUPPOSED TO ARRIVE. I IMMEDIATLY CONTACTED WESTERN UNION AND TOLD THEM TO STOP THE PAYMENT. LUCKILY I GOT MY MONEY BACK. ITS BEEN ABOUT 2 DAYS AND THE LADY IS STILL TELLING ME THAT THE AIRLINE HAS LOST THE PUPPY AND THAT THERE ARE MAJOR PROBLEMS WITH THE AIRLINE WHICH IS WHY I HAVENT GOTTEN MY PUPPY YET. DO NOT BELEIVE ANYTHING THAT THESE PEOPLE SAY!! THEY WILL ALSO SHOW YOU DIFFERENT PICTURES OF dogs STATING THAT IT IS THE SAME Dog WHEN CLEARLY IT IS NOT!! DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!!!

im doing the same thing i knew it was a scam right from the start after reading this exact blog so like i decided to mess with them i wasted so much of their time emailing nonstop requirng answers for all my emails it is so fun that you guys should try serves them right for trying to scam us ok here it is
yorkie plus cameroon equals not an option

you know its a scam when:

its from cameroon or an unlikely poor country

tcup or designer breed

the person on the other end seems to rush you

they seem too nice and call you something like darling or dear

these people are cake ive had a lot of experience messing with them wasting their time and in the end the really fun part is to tell them you knew it was a scam all along and shove up in their face then you can yell at them over the phone or email and then give them all the reasons how you figured it was a scam like false pic on ad or they talk about the name of insurance or insurance company that doesnt even exist tell them you googled it and tell them if you cant scam someone with 0 iq level you cant beat anyone. oh and also whats fun is to tell them youve got a private investigator on them you know a little cops on their back it could really mess em up yeah i had fun with this project lol i love pets

I am so glad I found this site!!!! They tried to do me the same way, but I knew wright away they where frauding. I did some research on them and found out that they where not wright. I'm sure if someone call ABC or NBC and leave a report with them, they just may be able to help. If everyone get together and run an internet ad against them, they can be shut down. I'm sorry if anyone where taking by them. It's really sad that so called "REAL" people would do this. It's all about money. They are sick!!!

Hello,
I have decided to do the samething you did to them. I knew wright away they where scams. Your not going to beleive this, but I am working on two of them. I am going to play a real good game on them for scaming these other people out of there money. I wish I could help them get there money back. They have been e-mailing me since yesterday. I e-mailed them back today and told them I had the money available for them. I'm going to ask them if they need more, and just play wright along with them. Everytime I run across one of them, I am going to lead them on. I will let you know what happens! Thanks!

THANK GOD I FOUND THIS WEBSITE. i had just responded to an email about 2 tea cup yorkies in cameroon. she said she was there for business for 4 months and the Puppies couldnt take the weather and was willing to ship them to me if i would give them a good home. then i got another email from a different lady stateing that she needed to get rid of her yorkie asap that i needed to respond soon, and she was from cameroon as well. i started doing research on them and couldnt find the ad i responded to. i am just sick at my stomach right now. but thank god that i did my research before i sent any money. i thank all of you who posted your experience with cameroon puppie scams.

You know the old saying 'if it is too good to be true, it normally is?' Don't expect a $800-3000 Dog for $80.

Just to let you know, these scammers also bug any and every breeder they hope will fall for their scam. They send phony cashiers checks for way over the amount of the dog, then when the honest breeder gives them $1000-4000 back AND their puppy, they find out weeks later that the cashiers check was no good, and the bank comes after them and they are out $4000 and a puppy.

In fact I just had a call from a scammer today at 8 in the morning. They use those relay phone systems for the deaf people off the internet. Can you believe it? I told the operator right away that I thought it was a scam (I have had the calls before). I asked where they were calling from 'Africa'. I told the operator to tell them to quit scamming americans and to get a job. He laughed, but I don't think it's that funny, hearing all these stories.

I am going to be rude and say, does Nigeria and Cameroon produce anything other than scammer? Or is american income their ONLY income? Why doesn't America cut all internet ties and transmissions until they quit ripping off Americans? Nothing good at all comes from those countries. The scammers are worthless scumbags and I hope that Karma catches up with them.

I sold a puppy to a couple who were both deaf a couple of years ago. The first contact I had with them was when they called me with the relay system. It was such a good experience when they came to my house and got the puppy. The lady cried for joy as she held her new puppy. Luckily the husband could communicate quite well, so we had no problems with communication. I always accept the relay calls because of this awesome experience, but lately it is just someone from overseas asking, "Is puppy still for sale?" I just say no thank you, and hang up. Breeders get scammed, too. It's a pity! I wish I could do something about it, but I have heard of some of these scammers who are local trying to get back at laymen who try to act like a detective and track them down. Best thing to do is turn over all of the info to the athorities.

I too was just recently scammed on the tea-cup yorkie thing. The lady was in africa. I got the information out of my Sunday news paper. She was transfered and could'nt take care of the babies because of the weather and they need a good home. She did mis spell her words and alot of god bless you and how thankfull she is for me to adopt her yorkies. I asked her about pay pal and she said Africa does'nt acccept pay pal it would have to be western union. After sending 400.00 she needed more because of customs. I knew then I have been took. She this morning emailed me, She is waiting for the rest of the money so the babies can be sent. I did'nt find this web site til after the fact. It really makes me mad. I thought because I got the ad out of our Sunday paper it was OK. I called on the ad and the manin english said he sold the last one but he has a client that bought a male and a female and she has to get rid of them because she was transfered to
AFRICA! I was scammed! Please becareful. Brandi OKC
