I know what that AKC stands for American Kennel Club, but I'm unsure of the CKC. Also, I was wondering I have a female boxer that is full blood, but the problem is the dad was AKC(deceased before she was born) and the mother had no papers. Is there anyway to get her and her pups registered and about how much. She's not due till Dec.18-19.
Thanks for any help we're new at this
Hi, I think i can help. All you have to do is call CKC at (888)952-3376 & tell them you need (2)registration apps. Hopefully you still have your males AKC papers, Just fill out one for your male & put all of his info from his AKC papers on it. For your female all you have to do is take 3 photos of her & get 2 witness to sign it for you & send photos & apps to CKC. While you have CKC on the phone ask them for a litter form also. GOOD LUCK!

Apparantly there's two CKC. One is the Canadian Kennel Club, the other is something I can't remember, lol (but it's the bad kind)
Continental Kennel Club

I had Fluffy registered with AKC.
Amber is CKC. IN order for me to also list her as AKC. I would have to get 2 witness to verify her bloodline that were present during the dogs hookup mating. Fluffy has been also been registered with CkC also. I do not know the people which owned her parent dogs, so I could not find everyone needed to sign an affidavit. So if Amber has a litter, they can be registered with the CKC. Never the SKC, because Amber is not a AKC MEMBER.

NOPE! But you cant do any of that. It would definately put you into a BACKYARD BREEDER catagory because you have already stated that you WERE NOT WITNESS TO ANY BREEDING.
Geez, that more you talk the deeper you dig that whole.
Doesnt look like you need to be labeled by anyone...you've already labeled yourself.

mjanddobes you have way to much time on your hands, to be posting like that. Looks like you just talk down on everyone. LOL you need to take another look at your substandard dobermans before you go putting others down. You have the most negative posts that I have seen. Is everything ok at home? Do you need a hug? Or do you need to just fill important?
is this the only way you can? You don't have a clue do you? All that you have done is just buy a couple of dogs with pedigrees, and entered in local events.
You can not claim any athority here.
ok he was just giving info and he didnt really type all that he copied and pasted it because someone asked about that

As for the person with the purebred boxer that is missing the registration papers, if you want, send in your pictures to the CKC, and talk to them on the phone( they are very friendly). If your dog is a full bred boxer, you should have no problem with getting it resisterd. And do not fill bad what so ever if you breed, and charge just as much as, if not more then the people selling ACK dogs, I do. I promise,if your boxers are true to breed standard, people will give top dollar for them, if you show them both parents, and promote the CKC club, they are good people.
ok i agree with you to an extent you shouldnt just base the quality of a dog on papers but on the parent but even so in your genes there are dominant and ressesseve traits so a puppy could be nothing like what you though it would be like based on its parents...and rotts have their flaws and problems too so dont act like there a perfect breed
