Hi, I have been looking for a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and have replied to a few adds, all of which have been answered to me in very poor english.
When i have asked for pictures, they have been copied from nextdaypets. The last 1 i have been in touch with has told me i can have the puppy for just 28.00!!! But the money has to be sent WesternUnion or MoneyGram to the sellers vet in Cameroon! I was not happy with this but WAS prepared to do it. I am supposed to be sending payment tomorrow but after reading some of you comments have decided not to. I have been reading up on Puppy Farms and am deaply concerned and feel really stupid for even considering it, when i knew in my heart it all sounded too good to be true. At the moment there are loads of adverts on xxxxxxx for all different breeds of Puppies. Each advert is displaying a yahoo contact address and selling each puppy for 130 or free adoption. I cant beleive these people have no feelings or morals for whats right and wrong. |

 28.00?? now thats scraping the bottom of the barrell even for a cameroon scammer. honey, delta charges 232.00 for shipping a puppy right here in the good ole usa...then on top of this..a health cetificate and crate have got to be purchased..gas to and from the vet and the airport. what were you thinking...you would need to pay at least 300.00 just to get the puppy here if not more...this would be comming from exactly where?? i guess these people are giving Puppies away and also taking all this shipping and expense money out of their own pockets in order to do so??? why dont you try and get the word out that you would like to adopt a cavalier king charles ??
or..decise this is what you really want and be ready to pay a fair price for it. good luck. noone gets a king charles puppy for 28.00 or 130.00...it simply doesnt happen... |

i was one of them i sent my money at first i went to the money shop they said if u r getting the pup from belfast why u got to send it they so i come home then i got a phone call saying the pup needs to get to u so i felt sorry for the pup so i sent the money it come to 112 then about 4 hours later got phone call saying need to pay 112 for insurance so that come to 130 pounds then about hour after said pup gone to new castle now get it in the moring got phone call saying been a promblem pup needs vaccien 2 of them 100 then a gage for250 ithey said i will get that back he phoned me up said do it now i told him got no more money he gave me no for newcastle surprise same man that was in belfast my daughter was crying i said to her can not payany more can i get money back from a money gram as i dont know about them how could some one do this to people |

I ran into a similiar problem. I put an ad on Kijiji looking for a little furbaby and was contacted almost immediately by 2 diff people, both stating they were from NY and then were transferred to Cameroon (wherever that is) and had a Dog they needed to get rid of b/c they couldn't keep it. They offered to ship it to me. When I started questioning one of them via email she wrote back using foul language and poor english. Needless to say I asked them both to not contact me again. I would never purchase a puppy that I could not see the Momma and meet the breeder in person at their home. Just my little quirk! |

I was just thoroughly screamed at and sworn at because I put a curse on the people trying to scam me on this Cameroon scam. I don't believe in curses but many Africans do, having known several Africans myself. The guy had me until he said he was in Cameroon when the ad he placed said he was in TN and that the yorkie puppy was only 13 weeks old and he could send it overnight. Yeah, right. It takes months for the pup to get through customs and quarantine. And since places won't sell you a designer pup until it is at least 8 weeks old, uh, how did they get it to Cameroon. It's been pretty fun sparring with this guy. He's an idiot. Can't spell, wouldn't answer my questions,conveniently moved to Cameroon recently and posted the same ad for the pup 3 times on the same paper. Obviously a scam. Don't waste your money. You can find REAL Puppies for the same prices $300-$600 in your area. At least they do in TN  |
