I know someone who's little Dog got pregnet before they even knew she was pregnent. So, she got HUGE! The Dog that got her pregnent is way bigger than her, so, they knew that something bad might happen.
After the Dog had her pups, she was fine! The next day, with no warning, she died. :(
It's so sad! Hopefully the pups will live, but it's scary. The pups stay in a warm room, they get fed when ever it seems like they are hungry, they cuddle up to people when they eat, and they have a warm bed. This is very sad, and I am worried for the Puppies. Any support would be muchly appreciated! :) |

pups need to eat every few hours, they also need to be stimulated in order for their bowels and kidneys to work. Call your vet for suggestions, good luck! Goats milk works wonders, pick your supplement you choose to feed them and stick with it. Don't change arround. |

My condolances to the family. If the pups got colostrum they should make it. The two big secrets are keep them fed and keep them warm. You might want to put a crate next to your bed so when you hear them fussing, you can roll over and feed them. They make bottle warmers for babies and they do well. Be careful not to let them over eat. Watch their tummies and when they look large stop. I use baby whipes with aloe on the hinies. If you can use a heat lamp or heating pad to keep them warm, it helps. Shine the lam on one corner so that if it gets too hot they will move over. also not too close. We want them warm, not cooked. Same with the heating pad. If they are cold they make a slow whining sound. If they are hungry, it is more like a cry or mew. You'll learn the difference. Good luck! |

im waiting on an invitation to the next pearl party. this should be held around the 1st of july. i suggest that each pearl sold should be accompanied home with a puppy. granny will be especially happy as she can fill her purse with dough and walk out with a beautiful pearl necklace. everybody wins!!! i am poking fun...i still laugh every time i think of the pearl party...i can sit and vision the event while cracking up!!! the pictures in my mind are that of helloise!! |

Sorry to tell you all, but it's not funny. These puppie lives were on the line, and you all sat back and laughed! What is your problems? I post one topic, and then every time I talk about dogs, you make fun of me? Wow. This post isn't what I thought that it was at all!
P.S. All of the pups died. Oh, but you wouldn't care. My autistic cousin has cried for a total of about 4 hours about all of this stuff! Does ANYONE care?! |

it all happened because someone was stupid. plain & simple. the mothers uterus was probably torn up & obviously the Puppies weren't properly cared for.
we told you they should have had this Dog spayed when she first got pregnant.
what did you expect? |

I am so sorry about your pups and Mama dog! It is truely hard to take care of newborn pups. I only had one to take care of that wasn't getting fed due to being the smallest and always getting knocked off Mom. I can't imagine taking care of a whole litter. It would be very difficult to feed so many at once and not knowing for sure what they wanted or needed! Again, I am sorry for your loss. I am sure you did the best you could for the pups. |
