Ok so I was just on a ethical animal treatment website and I am so ill over it! First they are excited to have a porn star as there rep, then they have an add for st. paddy's day that says don't drink milk it lowers ur S***M count drink beer instead. SO are they supporting alcholism now? Then they have a fur-kitchen drive where they give away free fur coats to needy people, if they are so against fur coats and hurting animals to get them why are they not destroying these donated coats and getting monetary donations to give away non fur? Someone please let me know if my thoughts are too narrow and if this is all just as crazy as I think it is!
Thanks Stacey

PETA is nuts. Ingrid Newkirk is nuts. what can I tell you.

there are some good things they have done, many that the public doesn't generally know about, but really they are their own worst enemy.

Ingrid has said that all the pets should be killed because there are no competent people to own them.

and they euthanize most of what they get their hands on

For real they are. I am on there now reading and i posted a thing about how m local shelter would let us adopt because there policy is no animals go to homes with kids under 12 and most are giving me crap and said I should have found a rescuer. I am new to all this, i have had dogs when I was younger (parents) but this is my 2nd as an adult, my first was a christmas gift from my sister and he past away from old age. (SAD) But now I am learning all about boxers and all kinds of info that I had no clue exsisted! This site has really helped!
