My Dog is a staffi/kelpie x.

She is 5 month old and is teething. for the last 2 weeks her left ear has a mind of its own. When she pricks her ears up both stand up but when she relaxes them again the right falls back into place but her left ear drops over towards the right ear. Is she going to grow out of this or do I have Dog that looks like its crossed with a bunny.

i don't know if this will help but my Dog had kind of the same problem.but she was only about 2 1/2 months.the one ear would stand straight up all of the time the other would flop down sometimes, seemed to do it when she was very tired.did it for about 2 wks as she got a bit older it straightened out on it's own.talking to other people with the same kind of Dog it seemed to be that the Dog has control over it.maybe it's the kind of Dog that will have ears like that?good luck with it though.

Dogs often do this when they are teething. The ears should stand again after shes done teething.
