Description of Puppy
Journeys Ending Taboo Style, call name of Déjà Vu has been retired from our obedience competition, farm work (herding) and breeding program. She turned 5 in September of 2012. She is OFA elbows normal and hips fair, D.N.A., she has never whelped and will be spayed before going to her ''select'' new home. Deja is a beautiful black and red long coat. She is up to date on all vaccinations, heartworm preventive, micro chipped and has her original (but faded) tattoo. Deja loves to travel, is crate, auto-air flight trained, she lives and sleeps indoors, is completely house trained, obedience trained (voice and hand commands), she works on and off leash and is very loving, sweet natured and obedient. Her obedience training: has her S.T.A.R, Canine Good Citizen awards and first leg of her C.D., has worked both sheep and 40 head of cattle. Deja MUST have a teenaged human in her new life, preferably a boy with prior canine experience. She adores children and all non threatening humans/canines, she is very protective, she CAN NOT be around small animals (cats, rabbits, caged birds, hamsters-pet rodents or small dogs under 45 lbs) Med-Lg male canines are fine but NO other female canines, she is Alpha!!!. Large animals such as cattle and horses are fine, she is used to being around and working with them. Sheep and goats will need to be kept in a pen so she does not want/need to herd them back to the corral or barn. The hardest part of loving, living with, training, working with and breeding top quality WindRidge German Shepherds is facing reality, at times your heart says ''YES'' but your mind and business future says ''NO''. So, after many long hours and days of studying pedigrees, OFA ratings, training scores, personalities and pack order we have decided to place Deja and Dreamer into new homes!
