Why do you or your family want a dog?

We have lived in an apartment building for several years after purchasing a new home with lots of land we would like to have a dog. We have owned a dog(American staffordshire terrier) in the past due to moving circumstances we had to rehome her to a family friend where she still lives today.We have a healthy family and we would like to add a wonderful dog into the family we do have three cats all spayed and gentle in nature. We would just love to have a new member of the family and a puppy would be the best fit.
