Why do you or your family want a dog?

Because we love dogs and want to add one to our family. I had two dogs in my life before and I know that they could be a lot of work when they are puppies (just as much as a human baby) but they're way worth it. They give more in return than what they ask for. Plus, I think that adding a dog to the family would be a good way to teach my boys about duties and taking care of somebody else.
