NKC UKC ERJTCA TOBY IS A VERY SHORT MUSCLE BOUND DOG THAT IS OUT OF THE RUSSELLVILLE LINE AS WELL. TOP BREEDING IN THE COUNTRY! We are a small 20 year breeder in the Sierra mountains of California on a 14 acre ranch. We love our shorty Jacks and all our mommies live in our home with us. We strive in our breeding for a more calm temperament in our Jacks and the pups are held daily from birth.
