| Description: We are posting this dog for another rescue group that needs to close two of its foster homes. The dog needs placement in a permanent adoptive home as soon as possible. Saphira is a Staffie / Kelpie mix who weighs about 40 pounds. She is current on her vaccinations, has been spayed, and is house-trained. Her favorite things are lying in her humans bed relaxing, if not relaxing LOVES too run in high grass having fun or playing ball. She does play with other dogs once she knows them and prefers mellower male dogs that do not come on strong right away. Saphira has a beautiful sleek black coat that looks chocolate brown in the sun, with white markings. She is fine with the occasional child visit has no aggression but not raised around kids; their loud demeanor scares her.
