Description of Puppy

Spanky was turned in at a local shelter by his owners for "running off". Of course, they did not have a fenced yard. He is a very active loving dog and will make a great pet. He is up to date on his shots and already neutered. He is suppose to be housetrained and does not sopil his crate when he is in for the night. He is jheartworm negative.
