| Description: Sadie is a purebred, registered, Mountain Cur. Her papers will not come with her though. She is 1 year old and 40 pounds. She was an owner surrender to a southern shelter. Sadie is a very mellow, calm dog who loves to be held and petted, loves going on walks but prefers to take her time and not be rushed. Sadie enjoys the company of other dogs and loves to sleep on her bed in the corner of the room. She is shy we suspect she was turned into the shelter because she either would not hunt or was gun shy; she does very well with people who are gentle and patient with her and loud noises scare her so a home with no children or older children would be ideal for her. Sadie is generally shy and new situations will make her tremble. She is not crazy shy in a sense that she bolts. She will get very still, but will walk on if you ask her to. She has not shown any signs of fear urination. Sadie will need help with housebreaking but she is crate trained. Please go to our site to fill out our online application! |
