Will my puppy's hair grow out? I've heard some mention about "puppy coats" but I can't seem to find any information on the internet. Most sites just list the basic "Cavaliers have wavy coats that need to be brushed". My puppy is 13 weeks and with the exception of her gorgeous curls (on her ears) her hair is so short you can't even brush it. I was wondering when her hair will begin to grow?
