I am in love with a puppy that is part cavachon and part chin. I recently had to say goodbye to my beloved Shih Tzu, and while he was wonderful his breed had a few negatives I'd like to avoid. One was that he was very aggressive with any small animal, e.g. chinchilla, guinea pig. He was great with such things as cats, but not with other small pets and I was told that's a breed quality. The other is that he barked like crazy at anything that came to the door, more than other dogs I've had. Would the cavachon side of this puppy lead him into those troubles? If not, are there other pet peeves that are typical for this breed?
