We've recently acquired a 10-14 month old stray female Bull terrier (possibly mixed). She was recused from a bad neighborhood. She is great with children and women but attacks men on sight. It started with just mild barks and growls but after owning her for nearly a month her aggression towards men has gotten out of hand. Recently she bit one of my male relatives rather forcefully and we had to restrain her from doing more. We have fallen in love with her but we have to cage her or put her outside anytime a man comes over. Given how stubborn and independent the breed can be, are we too late to get her training to stop this or is it too set in?
