I just bought a purebred CKC White Bull Terrier. He has 2 large black spots on skin and hair - one on back and one on but/tail. He also has a lot of black tick mark looking spots under his coat on skin. The skin on his belly is covered with round colored skin spots. It makes me question his true background. However, he and both parents look otherwise like typical Bull Terriers (head, body and eye shape). Is this normal and just faults from breed standard? Are there a lot of all white with disqualifying spots dogs out there and we just don't see a lot of pictures of them because it is undesirable per the breed standard OR Do you think his DNA is in question?
