I rescued a little dog last year, was told he was a puppy mill puppy, a designer dog that didn't get sold..He is adorable. I have figured he was part Shih Tzu, and now that I have come across the Havanese breed, I am wondering if that is what he is..Is there any way I can send a picture..He has curly hair, that gets matted if not brushed frequently, and has a long curly tail?
