I have an 8 week old White German shepherd/Wolf hybrid. They said it was an Artic Wolf hybrid. I have seen the parents. The mom was the Wolf hybrid. Both Parents were white, They lived in Cages outside. The dad was also the same thing. The mom weighed, 85 pounds and the dad weighed 90 pounds. When we bought the dog, the parents told us that they were full Bred White shepherds. A couple of days later, they said that he was a Wolf hybrid. They gave us the wrong puppy. We are keeping him as he is already attached to our other Female German shepherd and our chihuahuas. We are not giving him up, but I dont know alot about Wolf hybrids. Can someone please help me out by giving me some information about them?? He is a BIG BOY too!:)

First of all, if the puppy is 8 weeks old now it means it was born in December, so is not likely to have much wolf content. Pure wolves and higher content wolfdogs only have pups in spring (for pure wolves, and late winter for higher content wolfdogs.) Pure wolves or more wolflike mixes don't make good pets, but ones that have little to no wolf in them can. So your puppy probably has little wolf content anyway. Go to www.wolfdogproject.com to learn all sorts of things about these aninamls.

VIEW MY PUPPIES

Training must start early as wolves are stubborn. Make sure you let him know you're the dominant one or else it will all be down hill. I just got myself a wolf hybrid and she is huge. She gets along great with my 2 little dogs. But if they are bred they will have puppies no matter what the season we are in. They are great pups and make excellent pets when raised right. Good luck :D
