Are Lhasapoos good with young children?

My Lhasapoo was raised primarily with just me in the house, older kids where in college. So when my young grandson comes I have to board him, he has a tendency to snap at young kids.

I have a 2 year old Lhasa Poo and he is WONDERFUL with children. I don't know how he puts up with my 8 year old or her friends!! He is a PERFECT dog! Doesn't shed, doesnt' bite or nip, my ONLY problem was that he was a little hard to house train. GREAT DOG!

I would say, sometimes, as long as the Lhasa Apso is not bothered in any way I have one and will bite or growl when teased or disturbed. "BEWARE" You don't know when they will do it.

Lhaso's do not like to be handled at all if there are children train your children not to handle him and he will play with them very well.
