I have a 2 year old neutered male golden retriever and my family and I are thinking about getting a lhasapoo. My golden is VERY friendly to all people and all animals. Would it be a good idea to get a Lhasapoo?

Yes, my lhasapoo is very nice with people and other dogs but will bite roughly if he gets to excited, he is 1 3/4 yrs old

That should be no problem. I have a 15 month old unneutered male Lhasa Poo who loves all dogs of all sizes. I would not trust a pure bred Lhasa Apso with another dog as jealousy issues could cause issues. But, it does seem that the Poodle personality takes over with the Lhasa Poo cross. They're great with kids, too.
