My Chipom is 13 months now, and in the beginning, when he was around 12 weeks, he didn't say a thing. Suddenly one day, when someone knocked on my window he started barking, and has done it ever since. He doesn't constantly bark, though :) I've been strict about traing him when it comes to the barking, so i have minimized it as much as possible. Now he barks when someone comes in to our home or if he sees someone he likes :)
