Every dog is different. My first reaction would be that your pomchi is nervous about his environment, but maybe he has a nervous nature if he has been doing that since birth. My pomchi doesn't shake at all. You should start early and be firm and consistent when training this little guy. They can be strong willed and want to be the boss. Crate training is basically potty training your dog. The crate should be a comfortable place for the dog to rest. During the day (if possible) you should take the pup out every 2-3 hours. Having a small space for their "bed" will make them not want to soil their space so they shouldn't use the bathroom in the crate. Take him outside as soon as you take them out of the crate (you will probably have to carry him out since he isn't good at holding his bladder yet), after meals, and after naps.
