My mother is looking for a tea-cup pekepoo... is there such a thing?

Tea cup is a dog that will remain 5# or less as an adult. This also could be considered a "toy" which has a range up to 7-8#. My male pekapoo is 5# and our pups are usually 4.5-6# adult weight.
