My peekapom is 18mos. He is fixed. He is so smart!
I have recently moved to an apartment and while walking him on a leash he looses his mind whenever anyone at any age (human/animal). I am unsure if this behavior can be redirected with training or I need to look at a home? Any suggestions or advice that can be offered?
