Peek-A-Pom Question

we feed my peek a pom(shes about seven but has been on this diet for almost three years) anyway every morning she gets a scoop full of her dog food (we use hills science diet - vet recommended cause she has some joint issues, but any dog food would work im sure) so one scoop every morning and nothing else unless we throw her some table scraps

When I first got my peek-a-pom we were feeding him Eukanuba (petite), which was very good, but we were also allowing him to have table scraps...he started having a great deal of blood in his stool, yes, I freaked, took him to vet & she said you should NEVER feed him table scraps, smaller dogs can't digest it like bigger dogs(my puggle eats anything!). We decided to switch to Nutro Natural Choice...it works wonders! D'Argo's coat is shiny, soft & he is NOT shedding hardly @ all!!
