I just got a 4month old morkie. Is it normal for him not to have long hair? His hair is real short and it looks weird!

I have the same thing with my morkie. If you find out the answer, please let me know. Mine has a wonderfully pretty hairy face. His neck has hair but is very slender. His body is where the problem is. How is his body hair suppose to look? Will it thicken and grow? How large do they get? Just curious, Thanks

Morkies do have long hair, but it must be brushed daily or it will matt. I keep my Morkie, Sparky's hair cut short. It is easier to take care of and a lot cooler for him in the summertime. It is all a matter of preference. He looks adorable with it cut short.

I have a two year old cream male morkie named Pancho. When we first got him he had very short hair and a bald little tummy. He only weighed 1/2 lbs! I was worried about his hair, but after a few more months it really started to grow! He is adorable! It's not super long, but he is fluffy!
