Where is the rash at? Also, has he been tested for sebascious adentis? It's a genetic skin disease. Have you talked to his breeder about it? Doodles are prone to yeast infections in their ears and sometimes on the belly. You might consider feeding raw. I know it's not the most convenient but I have lots of doodle families that feed raw or used to feed kibble but have changed to raw and their dogs coat issues/itching have completely stopped. You can find raw pre-pattied food or even many local butchers make dog food. You will need to add a couple vitamins but even as a breeder I've found I can feed 7 dogs raw for cheaper than I can feed them Acana, almost half price! You can contact me at if you are looking for more info about raw, I can give you a couple websites.
