Yes they are because of their long one layered coat, plus they hardly shed.

Yes yorkie's are hypoallergenic. I have severe dog allergies and I have both a yorkie and a westie and neither bother my allergies.

Yorkies, like other dogs cause allergies. Allergies can not only be on their undercoat, as it is not I apologize for my English, because I'm from Russia
