Generally yes, as it is the breed standard and done at 3-5 days old. However, if you let the breeder know in advance to not crop the tail, that can be done.

We rescued a sweetheart, that did not have her tail cropped. We are not absolutely positive but think she is a Whoodle. We also have a purebred Wheaton that is so typical of the breed, the descriptions fit him to a T. He is very aggressive to her, but also loves her to death. Both animals are a true joy to share our lives with.
