Are corgi's generally aggresive toward other animals their own size or smaller. We seem to be having a problem with this

yes, corgi's are very protective of their family members and property. They do not like invaders onto their turf

Im guessing this might be at feeding time and that you have a female...the female corgi's appear to us to be more aggressive (especially over food) than the male corgi's .....ususally raising your voice and indicating this is not acceptable behavior solves it...but separating them at feeding time helps too...
