Are Corgis more prone to having complications during birth?

I've heard that from a lady. I've had 3 corgi litters, different dams, the oldest did have to have a C-section, the other two were younger and had no problems.

I have raised Corgis for 23 years, as well as other breeds, and yes, they do tend to have more complications while whelping. They have larger puppies and they tend to have large litters. C-sections are common and females should be watched closely.
