No dog should kill another dog. Hopefully, some humans would be around to intervene before it gets that ugly. A corgi is not dog aggressive by nature. It's a herding dog, and as such, he may try to "round up" a group of terriers into a herd, using some nipping, barking and growling as necessary to get the job done. Corgis like their other animals "in a pile." Hope this helps.
