As long as it is just every once in awhile and not all the time, it's nothing to worry about. All dogs do this. Their stomach is upset and they eat grass to force themselves to throw up. Usually after they throw up, they feel better and go back to normal. They will not eat while their stomachs are upset. If she has stopped eating altogether and not acting well, you should take her to the vet and have her checked. If it's just something she does once in a while, it's pretty normal dog behavior.
