Try leaving her leash on in the house and when someone comes over just step on the leash to inhibit any jumping. The dog CAN'T jump and gradually adjusts to not doing that. She can still socialize and be pet, but her leash is short enough that she can't hop up. We started doing it last week with our pup and I'm already seeing a great improvement! There's also having people walk into her space when she jumps up on them and just ignoring her while they do it- no touching with the hand, eye contact or talking. The dog should learn that this is not a good way to get the attention they want
Another thing that may help is making her "ask permission' before she greets someone. Make her sit, give eye contact, then calmly lead her to the person you are introducing. This gives a second for the dog to calm down a bit!
