The cooler the better. Huskys don't do as well in extreme heat. If you live in the south, or anywhere in the current heatwave, it's best to have the dog inside the air conditioning. Never shave a husky though, it can ruin the coat and does little to help the dog deal with heat, since dogs don't sweat except through their paws. They need access to cold water whenever it is warm or hot out, and the rest of the time should still have water available.
