We took a St. Bernard in when she was 2. It was really hard at first because she must not have been socialized very well. She was extremely shy. She was very stubborn in her ways and chases cars as well. But, we love her and still have her. She is now 10 and was a great addition to our family!

saints are usually a one family dog. This will take some time of adjustment for both you and the pup. They are so worth it. You may feel like you are dealing with a difficult pet. Try to understand they have left their "pack" and are in a new one. Good luck

It depends so much on her previous home! Saints are very loyal, so you'll need to earn her loyalty and affection. But oh my yes, it can be done!!! Just give her lots of love!
