I have st bernard puppies and the other one seems to be having blue eyes and at the same time it doesnt have the distinct feature of having a mask..how could this be?help please

A puppies eyes are not fully formed when they are born. That is why they are born with closed eye lids. The iris has not developed and that accounts for a light colored eyes. This is normal. Saint Bernards do not all have mask, they have the unique black eyes (Panda), half mask and masks. Thanks for asking...I hope this helps.
