Queensland Heeler Question

He will do great, heelers have lots of thick fur (they shed) and are great hardy outside dogs, even in the cold. Plus there are more heelers in Idaho then Vegas for sure.. if you are still worried, have her keep him in the garage colder but not as cold and see if he shivers all night... I don't see him having any problems as the heelers in Utah per say go from summer to winter just fine..

Thank you, He is such a good dog and I want the best for him. He is a bit spoiled and living the life of an indoor dog. I didn't know if he would adapt and get his winter coat in time since we are well into fall. And, it doesn't get that cold here. YOu've put my mind at ease. Thanks! Sandy
